49. The fan does not work

1. The fan motor fuse has blown.

2. The fan switch is faulty - make sure that the power supply to the resistive assembly is working properly, remove and check the fan switch.

3. The drive electric motor is faulty. Check the correctness of the power supply to the contact terminals of the fan electric motor with the ignition on and the fan switch closed - if voltage is present, replace the electric motor.

50. The fan does not operate in one of the speed modes

1. The resistive assembly is faulty.

51. The air heating function is not switched off by the regulator

1. The switch or control unit of the climate system is faulty.

2. The mixing flap drive is damaged.

52. The required air heating efficiency is not developed

1. The coolant level has dropped.

2. The control valve drive is faulty.

3. The thermostat is stuck in the closed position - check the coolant temperature gauge.

4. The flow of coolant through the air conditioning system radiator is impaired.

5. The air supply is not working properly.

6. The fan is not functioning properly.

7. The air conditioning system radiator fins are oily.

53. The fan operation is accompanied by increased noise

1. Foreign objects have entered the impeller or air duct (dirt, leaves).

2. The impeller is out of balance and the bearing is damaged.

54. The air conditioning system compressor does not work

1. There is a break in the electrical circuit of the compressor clutch, or the clutch itself is faulty.

2. The quality of the compressor clutch grounding is impaired.

3. The compressor drive belt tension has weakened.

4. The thermostatic valve is faulty or its adjustment is incorrect.

5. The outside air temperature sensor is faulty.

55. The compressor operation leads to an increase in the vibration level

1. The compressor fasteners have become loose.

2. The compressor clutch/intermediate roller bearing has failed.

3. The compressor drive belt tension adjustment is incorrect.

4. The compressor clutch comes into contact with the body elements.

5. Excessively high internal pressure in the refrigerant lines.

6. The compressor oil level has dropped.

7. The plate valve is damaged.

8. The compressor is damaged.

56. The climate control system does not provide adequate air cooling efficiency

1. The expansion valve is not functioning properly.

2. The control valve of the air conditioning system radiator is stuck in the open position.

3. Insufficient pressure in the refrigeration system.

4. The condenser or evaporator is not properly connected.

5. The components of the climate control system drive are faulty.

6. The air supply is not working properly.

7. The flaps for selecting the operating modes of the climate control system are jammed.

8. The outside air temperature exceeds the capacity of the refrigeration unit.
