Removal
1. Stop the windshield wiper in the extreme position.
2. Mark the position of the brush on the glass, for example using adhesive tape.
3. Carefully pry and remove the cover (4) from the cleaner shaft upwards.
4. Carefully remove the nozzle (3) from the connecting tube.
5. Loosen the nut (2) and remove the lever (5) from the axle. (6) – brush.
Installation
1. Check that the windshield wiper motor is in the extreme position. If necessary, briefly start the motor and stop it with the switch.
2. Install the lever on the wiper shaft and adjust it using the mark made during removal. You can also adjust the lever by the distance between the brush and the lower edge of the glass, measuring it from the right top of the wiper. Adjustment size: from 15 to 20 mm.
3. Screw on the nut and tighten it by hand.
4. Check the extreme position of the lever, adjust again if necessary.
5. Tighten the nut to torque 12 Nm and close it with a lid.
