Removal
Remove the wheel drive shaft as described above.
Remove the retaining ring.
Shine clamp and protective cover.
Press the outer cap of the joint off the shaft using a mandrel.
Using a press and a mandrel, press the hinge out of the cap.
Installation
Install the disc washer with the concave side facing the hinge.
Place 90 g of bearing grease into the joint.
Place the protective cover on the wheel drive shaft.
Press the joint onto the shaft until it stops using a press.
Install the retaining ring.
Install the outer hinge cap.
Slide the protective cover into place and secure it with a clamp.
Install the wheel drive shaft onto the vehicle.
