Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment as follows.
Cars with one adjustable steering rod
Set the front wheels to the straight-ahead position.
Loosen the tie rod clamp or hex nut on the steering rod.
Adjust the front wheel toe-in angle by rotating the connecting rod.
Make sure that the steering wheel spokes are horizontal when the wheels are set for straight-ahead driving. Adjust the steering wheel position if necessary.
Lock the tie rod end or lock nut onto the tie rod end.
Cars with two adjustable steering rods
Set the steering wheel to the straight-ahead position.
Divide the nominal value of the toe-in angle in half and adjust the toe-in angle of each wheel to the obtained value by rotating the connecting rod of the corresponding steering rods, after loosening the lock nuts.
Tighten the steering rod clamp locknuts.
If necessary, adjust the position of the steering wheel.
