Removal
Remove the oil pan. Unscrew the bolts "arrows". Unlock 5 fasteners and remove the oil separator.
Press the chain tensioner "arrow" and fix it with the locking pin "T10060 A" or "T10060",
Caution! Before dismantling the oil pump, do not remove the oil pump sprocket from the chain. Make sure that the chain does not jump off the oil pump sprocket. Otherwise, it will be necessary to re-adjust the position of the balance shaft to the cardan shaft.
Unscrew bolt "1". Remove the sprocket from the oil pump and leave it hanging on the chain. Unscrew bolts "2...4" and remove the oil pump.
Installation
Installation is in reverse order, in this case it is necessary to replace the sealing ring. Insert the centering bushings from above into the oil pump. Mounting position of the sprocket of the oil pump drive shaft: can be installed in one position only. Install the oil separator with a new sealing ring. Install the oil pan.
Tightening torques:
- Sprocket to oil pump drive shaft: 20 Nm + 90° 1)
- Oil pump to crankshaft frame: 20 Nm + 90° 1)
- Oil separator to crankshaft frame: 5 Nm
