Oil pump and crankshaft frame:
1. Cylinder block
2. Oil injection nozzle for piston cooling, note the installation position: Screw the oil injection nozzle counterclockwise into the cylinder block as far as it will go and tighten it in this position.
3. 27 Nm, install without sealant
4. O-ring, replace
5. Crankshaft frame, before installation, make sure that there is a centering sleeve in the cylinder block and seals. crankshaft rings
6. Centering sleeve
7. Bolt, oil pump to crankshaft frame: 20 Nm + 90°; replace bolt. Crankshaft frame to cylinder block: 14 Nm + 180°; replace bolt
8. O-ring, replace, check secure fit, lightly lubricate with oil to install
9. Oil pump with pressure reducing valve 11.5 bar. Before installation, make sure that there are two centering sleeves

11. Chain, observe installation position
12. Oil pump sprocket
13. 20 Nm + tighten by 90°, replace
14. Balance shaft sprocket, installation is possible only in one position
15. Counterweight, installation possible in one position only
16. 100 Nm + tighten by 90°, replace use socket -T10061- to loosen and tighten
17. 20 Nm
13. Freewheel sprocket
19.15 Nm
20. Front seal the flange is pushed onto the centering sleeves
21. 8 Nm + tighten by 90°, replace
22. Chain tensioner with strap, secure with locking pin -T10060 A- or -T10060- to remove.
