Instructions. If during repairs large quantities of metal shavings or metal dust were found in the engine oil, the lubrication channels should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid subsequent damage. The oil level should not exceed the max mark, there is a risk of damaging the catalyst!
Engine lubrication system:
1. Cylinder block
2. Gasket, replace
3. Oil filter holder
4. 14 Nm + turn 90°, replace first insert the upper left bolts, lower right bolts, then tighten all bolts crosswise
5. Cuff, replace
6. - Quick-acting coupling
7. Clamp
8. Oil tank
9. Oil filler cap
10. Cuff, replace
11. Oil filler tube, to remove, press the oil filler tube into the oil filter holder and remove the clamp
12. Oil dipstick. The oil level should not exceed the mark
13. Tee
14. Filling funnel, remove for pumping out oil
15. Oil dipstick guide tube
16. Oil pipe
17. 10 Nm
18. 10 Nm
19. Sealing ring, replace, lubricate with oil for installation
20. Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"
21. O-ring, replace, lightly lubricate with oil for installation
22. Oil pan. Clean the mounting surface before installation
23. Air duct bracket
24. 10 Nm
25. Cuff, replace
26. Threaded plug of oil drain hole. 30 Nm
27. 15 Nm
28. Oil separator
29.5 Nm
