Coolant pump and thermostat 1. Bolt: 23 Nm; 2. Bolt: 9 Nm; 3. Cooling system hose: going to the radiator from the bottom right; 4. Connecting pipe with thermostat; 5. Sealing cuff: replace; 6. Tighten the coolant pump bolts "arrow" crosswise in stages (tightening torque 9 Nm).

Removal the EGR radiator pump "V400"



Remove the engine casing "arrow". Remove the air duct "arrow".

Remove the engine casing «arrow». Remove the air duct «arrow».


Disconnect the electrical connector "2". Unscrew the bolts "1". Clamp the coolant hoses "arrows" with clamps "3094" and remove the hoses from the EGR radiator pump "V400". Remove the EGR radiator pump "V400" with the engine suspension eye.

Disconnect the electrical connector «2». Unscrew the bolts «1». Clamp the coolant hoses «arrows»…


Loosen the bolts "arrows" and remove the EGR radiator pump "V400" "pos. 2" from the eye "1" for engine suspension.

Installation



Installation is in reverse order. Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the appropriate series. Check the coolant level.
