Replacement is only possible with the steering mechanism removed. Remove the steering mechanism. Thoroughly clean the steering mechanism "6" in the area of the solenoid valve "3". Make sure that no dirt gets into the steering mechanism "6". Disconnect the plug connection "8". Do not allow dirt to get into the connector "8". Unscrew the bolts "1" and "2". Remove the solenoid valve "3" from the steering mechanism "6". Remove the mesh filter "7" from the steering mechanism "6", if necessary, clean the steering mechanism.

Replacement is only possible with the steering mechanism removed. Remove the steering mechanism.…


Installation



Installation in reverse order. In this case, the following must be taken into account: insert a new mesh filter "7". Lubricate the sealing rings "4" and "5" with a thin layer of steering gear grease and install. Insert the electromagnetic valve "3" as far as it will go into the steering gear "6". Do not tilt the electromagnetic valve. Be sure to follow the tightening sequence of the bolts. Tighten bolts -1 and "2" as follows:
  • 1. Tighten bolt "1" to a torque of 0.5 Nm.
  • 2. Tighten bolt "2" to 1.5 Nm.
  • 3. Tighten bolt "1" to 3.0 Nm.
  • 4. Tighten bolt "2" to 3.0 Nm.

Install the steering gear.
