Unscrew the screw that secures the lamp and use a screwdriver as a lever to remove it.
Replace the spotlight. If the contacts/holders of the lamp are loose or deformed, bend them.
Install the lamp in place, checking that the gasket is positioned correctly.
Screw in the light fixture mounting screw, but do not tighten it too much.
