Removal
Fold down the screw covers 4 (fig. 12.83). To do this, insert a thin wire, such as a paper clip, into slot 7 and fold the plug down.
Note: The closed caps may hold the safety handle located on the roof of the passenger compartment 5 (fig. 12.83).
Remove upholstery 1 (fig. 12.83), starting from top to bottom and remove it with an upward movement.
If present, disconnect the electrical connector from the telephone device.
Installation
Connect the electrical wiring for the telephone device and lay it on top. When snapping the upholstery, pay attention not to damage the wires of the telephone device.
For easier installation, pull out one end of the sun visor and extend it lengthwise.
Insert upholstery 1 (fig. 12.83) with four clamps 3 into holes 6.
Pin 9 (fig. 12.83) insert into hole 10.
Press down on the upholstery and secure it in place until the clips click into place.
Place door seal 8 (fig. 12.83) over the upholstery.
