15.0. Tailgate lock:
1 - lock. To remove the lock, disconnect lever 2 from rod 4 and then remove the lever. After that, unscrew nuts 3 and remove the lock. Install the lock in the reverse order of removal
2 - traction lever. After installing the lock, it should be turned and placed over the traction rod
3 - nut. Tightening torque 8 Nm
4 - traction. In the installed position, the traction should be free of tension and have no play
5 - nut. Tightening torque 8 Nm
6 - the drive of the lock handle. Disconnection is performed after removing the door trim. After this, it is necessary to disconnect the rod 4 and unscrew the nuts 5. The sequence of installation of the handle drive is the reverse of removal.
7 - actuator
8 - switch (cylinder) of the lock
9 - central lock electric motor. To remove it, you do not need to disconnect rod 4 from lever 2
10 - screw. Tightening torque 1.2 Nm
11 - traction
Attention! The lock is two-stage. When the rod position is adjusted correctly, it should lock in the second (main) position.
