Removal
1. Remove the door trim, see the relevant chapter.
2. Raise the door glass up, release the central lock plug 2 and its wire 4 from the holders on the door trim (see illustration).
13.2. Release plug 2 and its wire 4 from the holders on the door trim:
1 - central lock switch
3 - switch locking leashes
3. Disconnect the rod 3 (see arrow in illustration).
13.3. Disconnect rod 3 (see arrow)
4. Use a socket wrench to unscrew the bolts 1 securing the lock and remove the lock 2 by sliding it between the supporting bracket and the door wall (see illustration 13.3).
Installation
The installation of the lock is carried out in the reverse order of its removal.
