External hinge
1. Remove the mounting clamp, bend the anther and remove the grease from the hinge.
2. Remove the outer joint from the axle shaft.
3. Remove retaining ring, washer and bushing.
4. Clean the hinge and carefully inspect it. Replace pivot or axle shaft if necessary.
5. Wrap the slots with duct tape and install a new boot.
6. Install the washer with the curved side inward and replace the bushing.
7. Install a new retaining ring.
8. Carefully fill the joint with grease and install it on the axle shaft.
9. Stuff it onto the retaining ring.
10. Insert the boot end into the groove and lift up the dust boot end to release the air.
11. Install the mounting clamps and tighten them.
12. Don't tear the duster.
Internal hinge
(models with petrol engine and manual transmission)

1. Knock the mounting plate off the hinge.
2. Remove the snap ring.
3. Remove the hinge.
4. Remove the anther mounting collar and remove the anther.
5. Clean and inspect the hinge. Replace it if necessary.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Internal hinge
(Diesel engine models and gasoline engine models with automatic transmission)
1. Remove the outer hinge.
2. Remove the inner boot.
3. Clean and inspect the hinge. If it is worn or damaged, replace the axle shaft.
4. Thoroughly fill the joint with grease.
5. Wrap the slots with adhesive tape and install the boot in place.
6. Install the edge of the anther for the protrusion of the axle shaft.
7. Lift the edge of the boot to release air.
8. Install the mounting clamps and tighten them.
9. Reinstall the outer hinge.
