Removal
1. Negative battery cable.
2. Remove the hood lock mounting cross member or remove the seal from the front edge of the cross member.
3. Loosen the mounting screw and remove the mounting bracket from the headlight.
4. Disconnect the wires from the cooling fan and switch: connection connector (1) and ground wire (2).
5. Loosen the mounting clamps and disconnect the water hoses from the radiator.
6. Disconnect the automatic transmission coolant pipes.
7. Remove the air conditioner condenser from the radiator.
8. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the plastic covers on the sides of the radiator.
9. Loosen the mounting screws and remove the air intake pipe.
10. Unscrew the mounting bolts (indicated by arrows) and remove the power steering radiator.
11. Unscrew the lower mounting nuts and remove the washers.
12. Remove the upper radiator mounting bolts.
13. Remove the radiator.
14. Clean and flush the radiator. Eliminate any leaks found.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
