Removal
1. Remove the appropriate wheel.
2. Disconnect the hydraulic line from the suspension strut if necessary.
3. Place a jack under the rear axle.

4. Loosen the mounting nut and remove the bolt securing the strut to the rear axle.

5. Unscrew the upper mounting nuts and remove the rack.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Repair
1. Remove the strut and clean it. Mark the installation position of the mounting plate, spring, lower seat and shock absorber.
2. Compress the spring using compressors.
3. Loosen the mounting nut and remove the bushing, mounting plate, upper seat and spring.
4. Remove the hydraulic tube connection if necessary, then remove the washer, stop, protective sleeve, cap and lower spring seat.
5. Inspect the shock absorber for leaks or damage and check its operation.

6. Assembly is carried out in the reverse order. When assembling the rack, check that the stop on the lower spring seat (indicated by the arrow) was installed at an angle of 90° to the axis of the lower mounting bolt.
