Removal



Removal


1. Place a piece of tubing onto the bleed valve (indicated by the arrow) and release the pressure from the system by opening the bleed valve on the left accumulator.

2. Disconnect the rod from the valve lever.

3. Loosen the connection nuts and disconnect the hydraulic tubes from the valve.

4. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the valve.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Adjustment

1. Place 342mm high wooden blocks under the bottom of the car and load the car trunk so that the bottom of the car touches the blocks.

2. Loosen the nut securing the valve linkage to the rear axle. Align the hole in the valve lever with the hole in the valve body and lock the lever in this position by inserting a drill or bolt into the holes.

3. Tighten the tie rod retaining nut to the specified torque.

Battery



Removal



1. Release pressure from the control system.

2. Loosen the connection nuts and disconnect the hydraulic pipes.

3. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the battery.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
