The front head restraints are height-adjustable and should be installed according to the occupants' height. Correctly installed head restraints, in combination with seat belts, provide effective protection in an accident.

The rear seat headrests can be folded forward.

Height adjustable headrests

Pull the headrest up or down, holding it with both hands.

The optimal protective effect is achieved if the top edge of the headrest is approximately at eye level.

Removal headrests (front and rear seats)

Press it with a screwdriver (or with a finger) up the headrest pillar cover.

Press down on the trim near the headrest pillar to gain access to the lock washer that holds the headrest in place.

Use a screwdriver to pry off the lock washer and headrest.

Installation

Install the lock washers into the guides.

Remove the covers from the guides and place them on the headrest posts. The locking tabs on the inside of the covers should be facing the rear.
