Removal
Removing the toothed belt for the main drive.

Unscrew bolt "1" for the tension roller of the toothed belt. Turn the tension roller with a socket Allen key clockwise "arrow" and remove the toothed belt. Completely unscrew the bolt, remove the tension roller and toothed belt.
Installation

Installation is in the reverse order, taking into account the following: the intake camshaft gear with the valve timing adjuster and the exhaust camshaft gear are secured with locking pins "T10074".

Tension the toothed belt for the coupled drive first on the inlet camshaft gear and then on the exhaust camshaft gear. The loose part of the toothed belt should be at the bottom. Observe the direction of rotation of the previously used belt. Insert the Allen key into the internal Allen key and turn the tension roller clockwise towards the indicator window "arrow". The tension roller is in the loose position. Press the lower part of the toothed belt of the coupled drive upwards with the tension roller and tighten the tension roller bolt by hand. The projection of the support plate should enter the hole in the cylinder head.

Tighten the toothed belt by turning the tension roller "1" counterclockwise until the pointer "2" is above the mark of the main plate in the indicator "arrow". Tighten the bolt to tension the toothed belt roller in this position. Install the toothed belt for the drive.
