Gearbox removed. Remove dual mass flywheel. Remove intermediate sheet of sealing flange and centering bushings "arrows".

Loosen bolts «1...8». Remove the sealing flange from the gearbox side.

Installation



Carefully remove any remaining sealant from the cylinder block and oil pan. Clean the sealing surfaces; there should be no traces of oil or grease on them.

Cut off the tube tip along the front mark (hole diameter about 2mm). Apply a thin bead of "arrow" sealant to each mating surface between the cylinder block and the oil pan.
