Removal
The engine or gearbox is removed. Remove the clutch basket. Mark the position of the dual mass flywheel relative to the crankshaft.
Instructions: In order for the use of the "3386" clamp to be possible, its free movement along the axis must be ensured.
Remove the locking ring "arrow" to allow the lock to move along the axis. Insert the lock "3386" to loosen the bolts. Unscrew the dual mass flywheel.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, in this case it is necessary to replace the dual mass flywheel bolts. Reposition the lock "3386" to tighten the bolts. Install the clutch basket.
Tightening torque:
- Dual mass flywheel to crankshaft 60 Nm + 90° 1)
- Bolt length: 19.5mm
1) Replace the bolts.
