Removal
Remove the poly V-belt.
Caution! Do not open the air conditioning system circuit of the air conditioning system. To avoid damage to the air conditioning compressor, as well as the pipes and hoses of the air conditioning system circuit, it is necessary to ensure that the lines and hoses are laid without tension, kinks and bends.
Disconnect the plug connector "1" of the electromagnetic clutch of the air conditioner compressor. Unscrew the bolts of the "arrow" of the air conditioner compressor. Hang the air conditioner compressor to the radiator frame.
Remove the hood. If available, loosen the bracket. Remove the engine cover "arrows".
Remove the air duct hose "1" from the suction pipe, to do this, release the clamps (where available) "2" "arrow". Unscrew the tensioner of the poly V-belt "arrows".
Unscrew the electrical terminal -B+- of wire "2" from the generator. Disconnect the plug connector "1".
Unscrew bolts "1 and 2" of the generator.
Instructions: If the generator gets stuck in its bracket, screw the bolt back in 2 turns. Gently tap the smooth surface of the hammer on the bolt heads, this will loosen the generator mounting bushings.
Remove the generator upwards. Unscrew bolts "1...6" and remove the auxiliary unit bracket. Ignore "Arrow".
Installation
Installation in reverse order, taking into account the following: the hoses and hose nipple of the air boost system must be cleaned of oils and grease before installation. Do not use lubricants under any circumstances. Make sure that the centering sleeve "arrow" of the generator bracket is inserted. Screw in bolts "1...6" by hand. Tighten the bolts according to the sequence "1...6". Install the air ducts in the clamps.
Tightening torques:
- Ancillary unit bracket to cylinder block: 45 Nm
- Engine compartment cover to bracket: 5.5 Nm
