Removal
Remove the poly V-belt. Unscrew the torsional vibration damper; to do this, hold the crankshaft by the central bolt with a spanner.
Installation
Installation is possible only in one position: the hole of the torsional vibration damper must be above the projection of the toothed belt sprocket "arrow". Installation is in the reverse order, in this case it is necessary to replace the bolts of the torsional vibration damper. Use only original bolts for this. Install the poly V-belt.
Tightening torque:
- Torsional vibration damper to crankshaft timing belt sprocket: 10 Nm + 90° 1)
1) Replace the bolts.
