Poly V-belt drive:

Poly V-belt drive:
1. Poly V-belt. Check the degree of wear. Do not bend. Before removing, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Installing a belt that has already been used in the opposite direction of rotation may lead to its destruction. When installing the belt, ensure that it is correctly positioned on the pulleys.
2. Torsional vibration damper with pulley for poly V-belt
3. Bolt. Replace; use only original bolts, 10 Nm + tighten by + 90°
4. Tensioner for poly V-belt. Turn to loosen poly V-belt with fork wrench, fix poly V-belt tensioner with lock "T10060 A"
5. Bolt, 23 Nm
6. Bracket for auxiliary units
7. Bushing
8. Bolt, 23 Nm
9. Generator
10. Bolt, 45 Nm. Use thread sealant when tightening. Observe tightening sequence
11. Bushing, 2 pieces
12. Air conditioning compressor
13. Bolt, 25 Nm
