Caution: Do not grasp the fan blades or disturb the balance weights.


1. Turn off the ignition.

Front fan "V2"



2. Remove the right lower instrument panel trim and main storage compartment (see Chapter 10).

3. Disconnect the connector (In the illustration) fan (C), unscrew the bolts (A) and remove the fan downwards.

4. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After installation, clear the fault memory of the front climate control module and apply the basic settings.

Front Fan Control Unit "J126"



Note: There are two versions of the "J126" block.


5. Remove the main storage compartment (see Chapter 10).

6. Disconnect the connectors (B and C in the illustration) control unit J126 (D), unscrew the bolts [A) and remove the unit.

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After installation, clear the fault memory of the front climate control module and apply the basic settings.

Rear fan "V80"



8. Bring the rear housing of the climate control system to the service position (see Section 11).

9. Disconnect the connector (1 in the illustration) v80 fan, slightly lift the locking tab (2), turn the fan in the direction of the arrow and remove it from the air conditioning system housing.

10. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After installation, clear the fault memory of the front and rear climate control modules and apply the basic settings.



Control unit "J391" rear fan



11. Remove the left side trim panel of the luggage compartment (see Chapter 10).

12. Disconnect the connectors (B and C in the illustration) control unit J391 (D), unscrew the bolts (A) and remove the unit.

13. Installation is carried out in reverse order. After installation, clear the fault memory of the front and rear climate control modules and apply the basic settings.
