Lower part of the left intake manifold (Audi Q5-8R)

Remove the upper part of the intake manifold. Carefully press out the connecting rod of the intake manifold flap motor "V275", "arrow". Disconnect the plug connector "1". Unscrew the bolts "3" and remove the electric motor of the intake manifold flap drive "V275" "pos. 4". Disconnect the electrical connectors of the glow plugs of cylinders 4,5,6.



Remove the EGR radiator changeover valve "N345" "1" from the bracket. Unscrew bolt "4".



Unscrew the "arrow" bolts.



Loosen the clamp "arrow" and remove the tube "1" of the exhaust gas recirculation system. Carefully remove the lower part of the intake manifold. The intake channels of the cylinder head should be covered with a clean rag.

Installation

Installation in reverse order. Replace all gaskets and O-rings. Install the upper part of the intake manifold. Install the high-pressure lines.
