Installation
Install a new lip seal in the brake. caliper Place a new protective cap on the brake piston. cylinder as shown in the figure.
Screw the clamping nut to size -a- 15 mm.
Install the protective cap into the groove on the brake caliper. Use wedge -3409- for this. Carefully push in the brake piston. cylinder in brake caliper
At the same time, move the piston brake. cylinder. Brake piston The cylinder must be seated on the clamping nut; this is only possible in 4 positions. Press the brake piston. cylinder after it is positioned on the clamping nut until it stops in the brake. caliper
Be careful not to damage the clamping nut. Screw the clamping nut clockwise until it stops.
Make sure that the rubber ring is in contact with the brake body around its entire perimeter. calipers -arrows-.
Press the pistons into the brake by hand. caliper
In this case, the inner working edge of the protective cap is installed in a groove in the piston.
