Install friction lining with washer 2 (pic. 3.1–66) and support washer 1 3 or 4 mm thick.
Pic. 3.1–67. Measuring the distance from the engine flange to the end surface of the flywheel
Screw in at least three old flywheel mounting bolts and tighten them to 30 Nm. measure distance A (pic. 3.1–67) from the engine flange to the end surface of the flywheel, which for an automatic transmission should be 18.1–19.7 mm.
If the distance is not correct, install a washer of a different thickness under the flywheel. After reaching the required size, replace the flywheel mounting bolts with new ones and tighten them to the required torque.

If it is necessary to replace the needle bearing in the rear end of the crankshaft, use the special tool Kukko 22/1 and Kukko 21/1 (pic. 3.1–68). Install the special tool on the rear end of the crankshaft and press out the needle bearing.
Use drift 3264 to press in a new needle bearing.
