1. Bolt. Replace, 10 Nm + tighten +90°
2. Vibration damper with V-ribbed belt pulley, installation only possible in one position
3. Lower part of the belt guard
4. Bolt, when screwing in use thread varnish, 10 Nm
5. Central part of the belt guard
6. The upper part of the belt guard, when installing, carefully install in the central part of the belt guard
7. Toothed belt. Check the degree of wear, before removing, mark the direction of travel with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Installing a belt that has already been running in the opposite direction of rotation can lead to its destruction
8. Nut, 20 Nm + tighten +45°
9. Tension roller
10. Bolt, 25 Nm
11. Camshaft drive sprocket a, mark installation position
12. Bolt, for loosening and tightening use support wrench -T10051-, 100 Nm
13. Hub with Hall sender sprocket -G40-. To remove, use puller -T10052-
14. Bolt, use thread varnish when screwing in, 10 Nm
15. The rear part of the belt guard, remove the cooling pump to remove it, install it carefully in the seal during installation. pulley side flange
16. Replace rubber bush if damaged
17. Bolt, 25 Nm
18. O-ring, replace
19. Water pump
20. Bolt, 15 Nm
21. Intermediate roller
22. Toothed belt sprocket on the crankshaft, there must be no oil on the adjacent surfaces between the toothed belt drive sprocket and the crankshaft, installation is only possible in one position
23. Bolt, replace, do not lubricate. To loosen and tighten, use socket wrench -3415-, 120 Nm + turn +90°
24. Nut, 20 Nm
25. Bolt, use thread varnish when screwing, 10 Nm
