Toothed belt drive with friction damped tension roller:
1. Bolt. Replace, 10 Nm + tighten by +90°
2. Torsional vibration damper with pulley for poly V-belt, installation possible in only one position
3. Lower part of the belt guard
4. Bolt, when tightening use thread sealant, 10 Nm
5. Central part of the belt guard
6. The upper part of the belt guard, when installing, carefully install it into the central part of the belt guard
7. Toothed belt. Check the degree of wear, before removing, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Installing an already used belt in the opposite direction of rotation may lead to its destruction
8. Nut, 20 Nm + turn further by +45°
9. Tension roller
10. Bolt, 25 Nm
11. Drive sprocket camshaft a, mark the mounting position
12. Bolt, for loosening and tightening use the support key "T10051", 100 Nm
13. Bushing with star of Hall sensor "G40". For removal use puller "T10052"
14. Bolt, when tightening use thread sealant, 10 Nm
15. Rear part of the belt guard, to remove remove the cooling pump, when installing carefully install it in the sealing flange on the belt pulley side
16. Replace the rubber bushing if damaged
17. Bolt, 25 Nm
18. O-ring, replace
19. Water pump
20. Bolt, 15 Nm
21. Intermediate roller
22. Timing belt sprocket on the crankshaft, there should be no oil on the mating surfaces between the timing belt sprocket and the crankshaft, installation is only possible in one position
23. Bolt, replace, do not lubricate with oil. To loosen and tighten use the support key "3415", 120 Nm + turn further by +90°
24. Nut, 20 Nm
25. Bolt, when tightening use thread sealant, 10 Nm
