Toothed belt drive with hydraulically damped tensioning roller:
1. Upper part of the belt guard
2. Toothed belt. Check the degree of wear, before removing, mark the direction of rotation with chalk or a felt-tip pen. Installing a belt that has already been running in the opposite direction of rotation can lead to its destruction
3. Nut, 20 Nm + tighten +45°
4. Tension roller
5. Bolt, 100 Nm
6. Bolt, 25 Nm
7. Camshaft drive sprocket
8. Coupling with sprocket To loosen and tighten use counterspanner -T10051-, to remove use puller -T10052-
9. Bolt, when screwing in use thread varnish, 10 Nm
10. Back of belt guard
11. Sealing sleeve, replace if damaged
12. Toothed belt tensioner
13. Intermediate roller
14. Water pump
15. Crankshaft timing belt sprocket
16. Bolt. Replace. 120 Nm + turn +90°to loosen and tighten use socket wrench -3415-, do not relubricate thread and flange
17. Bolt, 15 Nm
18. Bolt, 20 Nm
19. Lower part of the belt guard
20. Vibration damper. Mounting position: Vibration damper hole must be above toothed belt sprocket lug
21. Bolt, 10 Nm + tighten +90°
22. Central part of the belt guard
