Cylinder head:

Cylinder head:
1. Upper part of the belt guard
2. Toothed belt
3. Bolt, 10 Nm
4. Bolt, 25 Nm
5. Bolt, 100 Nm
6. Camshaft drive sprocket
7. Bushing
8. Rear part of the belt guard
9. Sealing sleeve, replace if damaged
10. Hall sensor "G40" of camshaft position. To remove, take out the sealing sleeve "pos. 9" from the rear part of the belt protective cover, check
11. Bolt. Replace. Follow the sequence when loosening and tightening bolts, insert washers into the cylinder head before installation
12. Not installed
13. Cylinder head cover
14. Crankcase ventilation hose
15. Bolt with seal. If the seal is damaged, replace the bolt, observe the sequence when loosening and tightening the bolts, 10 Nm
16. Charter ventilation pressure regulator
17. Oil filler neck
18. Cover, replace seal if damaged
19. Sealing cuff, replace if damaged
20. Fuel line bracket
21. Cylinder head cover gasket, replace if damaged
22. Bolt, 20 Nm
23. Eye
24. Pump-injector module
25. Central connector of the pump-injector module
26. From the brake booster
27. Tandem fuel and vacuum pump
28. Pre-feed hose from fuel filter: white or grade 72 zka white. Check the reliability of the fit
29. Fuel filter return hose: blue or blue marking. Check for proper fit
30. Gasket. Replace
31. Bracket
32. Conical nut
33. Cylinder head. Check the curvature of the mating plane, after replacement change the coolant and oil
34. Cylinder head gasket. Replace, observe marking. After replacement, change coolant and oil
35. Glow plug
36. Tension roller
37. Nut, 20 Nm + tighten by +45°
