Remove the oil pan. Remove the sealing flange from the belt pulley side. Remove the oil pump sprocket, chain tensioner and chain.

Remove the crankshaft drive sprocket, for example, using the Kukko 44-1 puller, pos. "2", while protecting the end of the crankshaft with the pressure plate -40.105, pos. "1-".

Mounting position: the wide flange of the drive sprocket faces the engine. Push the drive sprocket onto the crankshaft with the pressure sleeve "30.100" until it stops. Install the sealing flange on the belt pulley side. Install the oil pan.
