Remove bolts -1- and remove camshaft sprocket from bushing. Loosen the bolt -1- of the bushing using the socket wrench -T10051-. Then loosen the bolt about 2 turns.
Position puller -T10052- on bushing and screw in bolts -1-. Remove the sleeve from the camshaft, to do this, hold the puller by the hexagon (SW 30) and screw in bolt -2-. Remove the bushing from the camshaft cone.
Align inner part of oil seal extractor -3240- flush with outer part and secure with knurled screw. Lubricate the threaded head of the seal extractor, install and, pressing the extractor, screw into the seal as far as possible. Loosen the knurled bolt and turn the inside of the puller against the camshaft until the oil seal is removed. Clamp the cuff remover along the flat edges in a vise. Remove cuff with pliers. Clean the working and sealing surfaces. Do not additionally lubricate the working edge of the cuff.
Use a clean rag to remove any remaining oil on the camshaft journal. Seal the groove on the camshaft cone with adhesive tape. Carefully place the collar on the camshaft. Press in oil seal with stopper of oil seal fitting tool -10.203- and screw in bolt M12x65 as far as it will go.
Install the bushing on the camshaft. Tighten bolt -1- using the spanner -T10051-.
Install the camshaft sprocket on the bushing. The toothed sector -arrow-sprocket- of the camshaft must point upwards. Screw in bolts -1- not completely. Secure camshaft bushing with tool -3359-. Install toothed belt (adjust valve timing): Toothed belt drive with hydraulically damped tensioning roller, Toothed belt drive with friction damped tensioning roller. Tightening torque: Sleeve to camshaft: 100 Nm.
