Petrol engines
Removal
1. Remove the protective shield from the bottom of the engine compartment.
2. Loosen the mounting nuts and disconnect the exhaust pipe.
3. Remove the oxygen sensor and measuring tube if necessary.
4. Gradually loosen the mounting nuts and remove the exhaust manifold.
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Diesel engines
Removal
1. Remove the protective shield from the bottom of the engine compartment.
2. Loosen the mounting nuts and disconnect the exhaust pipe.
3. Disconnect the hoses and tubes from the turbocharger.
4. Unscrew the mounting nuts and remove the washers.
5. Remove the exhaust manifold together with the turbocharger and gaskets (aAT engine).
Installation
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
