Fuel vapor and crankcase gas collection system (Audi A6 C4)

The system consists of a purge valve, a carbon filter and connecting hoses.

Blow-off valve

1. Disconnect the valve connection connector.

2. Disconnect the vacuum hoses and remove the valve from the mount.

3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Carbon filter

1. Disconnect the vacuum hoses and air hose from the filter.

2. Loosen the mounting bolts/nuts and remove the filter.

3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Crankcase Gas Collection System

This system consists of connecting hoses, a pressure regulating valve and an oil collection filter.
