Removal



1. Remove the timing belt.

1. Remove the timing belt.


2. Remove the bolts and tensioner.

Installation



Installation


1. Install the tensioner. On later models, the tensioner plate should fit over the pin.

2. Install the timing belt and adjust its tension.

Front camshaft sprocket



Removal



1. Remove the timing belt.

2. Remove the camshaft cover.

2. Remove the camshaft cover.


3. Move the star.

4. Remove the bolt.

4. Remove the bolt.


5. Remove the sprocket.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

Rear camshaft sprocket



Removal



1. Remove the fuel pump drive belt.

2. Loosen the sprocket bolt.

2. Loosen the sprocket bolt.


3. Unscrew the bolt.

3. Unscrew the bolt.


4. Remove the rear camshaft sprocket.



Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
