Work on crushing the clutch is carried out from underneath the car after removing the gearbox.
Removal
Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.
Remove the gearbox.
The clutch and flywheel are balanced together. Therefore, to maintain their balance, mark the position of the clutch housing on the flywheel.
Lock the flywheel with the locking device.
Gradually loosen the bolts securing the clutch housing to the flywheel.
Shine the clutch housing together with the pressure plate. This releases the driven clutch plate.
Installation
Thoroughly clean the clutch components and visually inspect the condition of the rivets and the fastening of the springs of the torsional vibration damper of the driven disk. Check the condition and runout of the working surface of the friction linings. Check the condition of the mating plane of the driven disk on the flywheel. Grind or replace the flywheel if necessary. Check the thickness of the driven disk and friction linings. Replace the driven clutch disk or friction linings if necessary. Check the flatness of the working surface of the pressure plate. Check the condition of the gearbox input shaft bearing in the crankshaft flange.
Replace faulty parts.
Install the driven disk with the protruding part of the hub towards the pressure plate and center the driven disk using mandrel 10.213 (see picture).
Install the clutch housing on the flywheel using the marks made during removal. The mounting pins on the flywheel must fit into the holes in the clutch housing. Apply special glue to the threads of the clutch housing mounting bolts and screw them in crosswise.
Remove the flywheel lock.
Lubricate the splines of the gearbox input shaft with a thin layer of consistent grease.
Install the gearbox.
Connect the wire to the negative terminal of the battery.
Adjust the clutch release drive.
