Caution! Risk of damage to catalytic converters. The oil level must not exceed the "MAX" mark. If a large amount of metal shavings or traces of wear are found in the engine during repairs, this may be due to damage to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. To prevent subsequent damage, the following operations should be performed after repair work: Thoroughly clean the oil channels; replace the oil radiator and oil filter.


Lubrication system:

Lubrication system:
1. Bolt, 10 Nm
2. Oil level and temperature sensor "G266"
3. Sealing cuff. Replace
4. Oil pan
5. Threaded plug for oil drain hole, 30 Nm
6. Bolt, 10 Nm
7. If the suction line is dirty, clean the mesh filter
8. Bolt, 10 Nm
9. Seal. Replace
10. Bolt. Replace, 12 Nm
11. Crankshaft seal. Replace
12. Oil pump. The oil pump housing is a unit with a sealing flange on the belt pulley side. Before installation, check whether both bushings for centering the oil pump/cylinder block are fitted, when installing, watch the hub of the driven disk on the crankshaft
13. Seal. Replace, must be installed on centering bushings
14. Cylinder block
15. Bracket
16. Nut, 10 Nm
17. Fastening clamp
18. Oil filter
19. Nut, 25 Nm
20. Oil radiator. Check for free space with adjacent parts, after replacement drain the old and fill with new coolant
21. Seal. Replace, lubricate before installation, install in oil radiator, take into account installation position
22. Bolt
23. Bolt. Replace. To unscrew and tighten on the flywheel side, use the socket wrench "T10058"
