2. Cover the floor covering in the front right footwell with paper under the cabin filter mounting opening.
3. Remove the bolts (And in the illustration) and remove the filter cover (B).

4. Remove the filter element (With in the illustration) from the opening in the climate control system housing (A).

Clean the opening with a vacuum cleaner and install the new filter element so that the arrows (D) align with the direction of air flow. Make sure the cover seal (B) is seated correctly in the support. Install the cover and tighten its fasteners.
5. Install the instrument panel trim.
