1. Description of the removal and installation of the brake lights is given in Section 5. The location of the wheel sensors is shown in the illustrations.

1 - ABS wheel sensor;;
2 - Bolt, 8 Nm;
3 - Hub assembly with integrated ABS sensor rotor;
4 - Drive shaft.

Before installing the wheel sensor, clean the surface of its mounting hole and apply G052 142A2 grease to it.

2. The lateral acceleration, longitudinal acceleration and yaw rate sensors are combined into one housing located under the center console. To access these sensors, remove the center console (see Chapter 10) and the SRS control unit (see Chapter 11). To remove, disconnect the connector (1 in the illustration) and give the nuts (arrows).

When installing, tighten the fasteners to 8 Nm. After installation, apply the basic settings to the sensors.

3. The wheel angle sensor is built into the coil spring assembly and is located between the steering wheel and the steering column paddle shifters (see Chapter 11).
