Remove the air filter housing. Remove the right front wheel. Remove the exhaust pipe.
Remove lambda probe "G39" "pos. 1". Remove exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G495". Remove exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648". Remove the front wall of the water drainage box - Repair groupbO.
Unscrew the union nuts "1,2". Release the "arrow" lines and turn them to the side.
Unscrew bolt "2" of the diesel particulate filter hanger. Ignore "Pos. 1".
Remove cover "1" of the drive shaft in the right wheel arch.
Unscrew the "arrow" nuts and push the particulate filter back.
Cars with manual transmission: Unscrew bolt "3", turn the rod to the side. Do not take "Pos. 1,2" into account.

Place the "T10337" gearbox support on the engine and gearbox lift and place it underneath the gearbox. Raise the gearbox slightly.
Unscrew the tunnel cross member "arrow" bolts.
Lower the power unit using an engine and gearbox lift only by dimension "a". Dimension "a" = max. 65 mm.
Place the particulate filter on the gearbox. Raise the gearbox again and secure the tunnel crossmember. Remove the particulate filter upwards.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, note the following. Replace gaskets and nuts. Install tunnel crossmember and rod. Install front wall of water deflector box. Install exhaust gas temperature sensor 4 "G648". Install exhaust gas temperature sensor 3 "G495". Install lambda probe "G39". Install downpipe. Install right front wheel. Install air filter housing. Install exhaust system without stress. After replacing the particulate filter, perform Adaptation function in Guided functions mode.
