Remove the stretcher. Drain the coolant.
Disconnect the crankcase ventilation hose "2" by pressing the release buttons. Remove the air duct hose by loosening the hose clamp "1" for this purpose.
Unscrew the bolt and nut "arrows". Remove the coolant hose by loosening the hose clamp "3". "Pos. 1,2" do not take into account.
Unscrew bolts "2" of the exhaust gas recirculation system tube. Ignore "Pos. 1".
Unscrew bolts "1" of the exhaust gas recirculation system pipe. Ignore "Pos. 2".
Disconnect the electrical plug connections "2,3,4" and release the wires. "Pos. 1" is not to be taken into account.
Remove the coolant hose by loosening the hose clamp "2". Unscrew the bolts "1,3", remove the EGR radiator.
Installation
Installation in reverse order, note the following. Replace gaskets and sealing ring. Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the appropriate series. Install the rear right coolant pipe. Connect the air duct hose using threaded clamps. Install the brace. Install the air filter housing. Fill with coolant.
