Removal the EGR radiator
Drain the coolant. Remove the particulate filter. Remove the left upper coolant pipe. Remove the coolant pipe on the right upper side. Remove the oil filter housing. Loosen the clamp "arrow" and remove the pipe "1" of the EGR system
Unscrew bolt "1" and hollow bolt "3", put aside the oil supply line. Ignore "Pos. 2".
Unscrew bolts "1" and "2", remove the EGR tube.
Remove the plug connector "2" (orange) of the temperature sensor in the exhaust gas recirculation system "G98" from the bracket and disconnect the connector. Ignore "Pos. 1".
Unscrew the hollow bolt "1" and bolt "2", put the coolant line aside.
Disconnect the electrical connector "1". Carefully press the linkage "2" away from the ball joint "arrow". Unscrew the bolts "3" and remove the intake manifold flap drive electric motor 2 "V275" "pos. 4". Repeat the entire process on the other side of the car.
Remove the vacuum hose "1". Remove the coolant hose by loosening the fastening bracket "2". Remove the coolant hose by loosening the hose clamp "3". Unscrew the bolts "arrows" and remove the EGR radiator from the cylinder block in an upward direction
Installation
Installation in reverse order. Replace gaskets and sealing rings. Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the appropriate series. Install the intake manifold flap drive motors. Install the coolant line. Install the oil filter housing. Install the coolant pipe on the right top. Install the left upper coolant pipe. Install the particulate filter. Fill with coolant.
