The transmitting/receiving module 1 of the interior monitoring system "G303" and the control unit for protection against unauthorized towing and anti-theft alarm system "J529" are combined into a single component, the anti-theft alarm sensor "G578". Thus, the central control unit of the comfort system "J393" with the "Anti-theft alarm" option has only 2 "UN bus subscribers".
1. Sensor of the interior protection system in front. Replaceable only together with the sensor of the anti-theft alarm "G578"; 2. Anti-theft alarm sensor "G578"; 3. Front interior light/reading light; 4. Alarm signal "H12"; 5. Nut. 7 Nm; 6. Nut. 8.5 N·m; 7. Holder for the sound signal of the anti-theft alarm "N12"; 8. Central control unit for comfort systems "J393"; 9. Control unit bracket; 10. Antenna amplifier "R24" with antenna center, lock and anti-theft alarm "R47". Mounted on the rear shelf; 11. Switch off the ignition. Carefully remove the plug "1" using a small screwdriver "2" from the door trim "arrow". Disconnect the electrical plug connection.
Carefully unlock the "arrow" latches with a small screwdriver. Pull the interior security deactivation switch "E183" / anti-theft alarm switch "E217" "pos. 1" out of the panel "2" in a rear direction.
Installation in reverse order
Anti-theft alarm sensor "G578"
Switch off ignition. Remove front interior light/individual lighting. Disconnect clamps "arrow B" and remove anti-theft alarm sensor "1" from interior light/individual lighting. Release electrical line "2". Unlock clamps "arrow A" and remove anti-theft alarm sensor "G578" "pos. 3" from interior light/individual lighting.
Press the fastening clamps towards "arrow A" and remove the anti-theft system sensor "G578" "pos. 1" from the mount "2". Unlock the fastening clamps "arrow B" and remove the anti-theft system sensors "3" from the mount.
Installation
Installation in reverse order: install the interior light/reading lamp in the front part of the passenger compartment.
Removal the alarm signal "H12"
Turn off the ignition. Remove the seal "3". Disconnect the clips "1" from the fasteners and remove the water drainage box casing "2".
Unscrew nut "3". Disconnect electrical plug connection "1". Pull out upwards the sound signal of the anti-theft system "N12" "pos. 2".
Installation
Installation in reverse order: install the retainer into the recess in the bracket.
