The antenna system consists of glass antennas and a roof antenna.

Roof Antenna "R216"
Antenna of the navigation system "R50"; Telephone antenna "R65"; Additional heater antenna "R182"; Satellite antenna "R170" (for US market only). The roof antenna "R216" with SAT connection is only available for the USA. The left antenna module "R108" with DAB connection is only valid for Europe.

Removal the antenna amplifier "R24" / antenna amplifier 4 "R113"
The antenna amplifier "P24" / antenna amplifier 4 "R113" are located on the trunk lid at the bottom. The procedure for removing and installing is identical. Switch off all electrical consumers. Switch off the ignition. Remove the rear door trim. Disconnect connectors "2" and "4" of the antenna amplifier "P24" "3". Unscrew screws "1" and remove the antenna amplifier "P24" "3" from the trunk lid "5".
Installation in reverse order.
Removal the antenna amplifier 3 "R112"
Antenna amplifier 3 "R112" is located on top of the trunk lid. Switch off all electrical consumers. Switch off the ignition. Remove the rear door trim. Disconnect connectors "1" and "3" from antenna amplifier 3 "R112" "2". Unscrew screws "4" and remove the antenna amplifier "R112" "2" from the trunk lid "5".
Installation in reverse order.
Removal the left antenna module "R108"
The left antenna module "R108" is located on the left D-pillar. Switch off all electrical consumers. Switch off the ignition. Remove the left A-pillar trim. Disconnect connectors "3" and "5" of the left antenna amplifier "R108" "4". Unscrew bolt "2" and remove the left antenna module "R108" "4" from the D-pillar "1".
Installation in reverse order.
Removal the roof antenna "R216"
The roof antenna "R216" has max. 3 connectors. The antenna cables are connected to the roof crossbar on the left and right. To remove the roof antenna "R216", lower the rear part of the roof panel. Switch off all electrical consumers. Switch off the ignition. Lower the rear headlining. Disconnect the plug connectors "4", "5" and "6" of the antenna wires. Remove the wiring of the roof antenna "R216". Unscrew the nut "3". Carefully rotate the roof antenna "R216" "1" so that the clamps on the antenna leg fit into the cutout on the roof. Remove the antenna "R216" "1" up from the roof "2".
Installation
Pass the antenna wires through the hole in the roof and carefully install the roof antenna "R216". Make sure the seal is in the correct position. Install in reverse order.
