The threshold trim is secured to the threshold with adhesive tape. Removal without damage is not… 1. Door seal; 2. Rear sill trim. Removal: Heat the sill trim with a hair dryer and lift it up. Installation: The lower beam in the bonding area must be free of dust and grease. Heat the bonding surface of the side member with a hair dryer to approximately 40°C. Remove the protective film from the adhesive tape. Insert the sill trim with the centering pins into the sill and press firmly, starting from the front and moving backwards; 3. Front threshold trim. The procedure for removal and installation is similar to that for the rear threshold trim; 4. Adhesive tape. Remove the protective film before installation
