In the absence of glass cleaners and to prevent glass icing, you can use alcohol (the proportion of which should not exceed 15%). However, it should be borne in mind that with such a concentration of alcohol, glass protection from icing is effective only up to a temperature of -5°C.
In no case should low-temperature concentrates that lower the freezing point of the coolant or other similar agents be mixed with water.
Adjusting the position of the windshield washer jets
The direction of the jet can be adjusted by turning the nozzles with a needle or a 0.8 mm drill shank (see fig. 1.53).

If the direction of the fluid spray from the nozzle is not adjusted, or the fluid stream is uneven, replace the washer nozzles.
If necessary, blow out the washer nozzles with compressed air. To do this, remove the nozzles and blow it from the hose connection side. Do not blow the nozzles in the direction opposite to the fluid supply.
Adjust the windshield washer nozzles so that the fluid is sprayed onto the glass at the four points shown in Fig. 1.54.

The rear window washer nozzle should spray fluid into the center of the rear window (see fig. 1.55).

The rear window washer nozzle is located under the cover at the base of the rear window wiper arm.
