Attention! The procedure is given using the example of cars with a 6-cylinder engine.
Removal
1. Remove cotter pin 4 (see illustration).
6.1. Remove cotter pin 4
2. Remove the regulating valve 5 without disconnecting the fuel hoses from it (see illustration 6.1).
3. Remove the clamps securing fuel hoses 2 and 3 and disconnect the hoses from the filter (see illustration 6.1).
4. Unscrew the clamp bolt 1 of the filter mounting clamp and remove the filter bracket (see illustration 6.1).
Installation
The fuel filter is installed in the reverse order of removal.
