1. Description of replacement of the filter element is given in Section 16 Chapter 1.

2. The details of installation and assembly of air purifiers are shown in the illustration.

3.1. Air purifier installation and assembly details:

1 - Air duct from the front panel;
2 - Rubber bushing;
3 - Bolt, 10 Nm;
4 - Air cleaner housing;
5 - Sealing ring, must be replaced;
6 - Bolt, 1.5 Nm;
7 - MAF sensor "G70";
8 - Air hose;
9 - Filter element;
10 - Air cleaner cover;
11 - Rubber support bushing.


3. Remove the filter element (see Section 16 of Chapter 1).

4. Remove the right front wheel arch liner (see Chapter 10).

5. Remove the washer fluid reservoir neck (2 in illustration 15.10 Chapter 2) and unscrew the bolt (2).

6. Press out the air duct (2 in illustration 15.9 Chapter 2) from the air cleaner housing (1) through the wheel arch using a suitable lever.

7. Installation is carried out in reverse order. When connecting the air duct to the air cleaner body, use silicone-free lubricant.

4 - Clamp;
5 - Bolts, 1.5 Nm;
6 - MAF sensor "G70" or MAF No. 2 "G246";
7 - Sealing ring;
8 - Air cleaner cover;
9 - Fixators;
10 - Filter element;
11 - Bolt, 9 Nm;
12 - Air cleaner housing;
13 - Hose guide 14;
14 - Drain hose.


9. Remove the corresponding filter element (see Section 16 of Chapter 1).

10. Remove the corresponding front wheel arch liner (see Chapter 10).

11. Unscrew the bolt (2 in illustration 15.10 Chapter 2).

12. Press out the air duct (2 in illustration 15.9 Chapter 2) from the air cleaner housing (1) through the wheel arch using a suitable lever.

13. Installation is carried out in reverse order. When connecting the air duct to the air cleaner body, use silicone-free lubricant.
