Installation
Installation is in reverse order, but the seal must be replaced. ring. When installing the fuel supply module, make sure that the float of the fuel level sender -G- is not bent. Monitor the fuel density. hoses. Make sure that ground wire -1- of the fuel pressure regulator is securely fastened to the flange -arrows-.
Insert fuel supply module -1- into fuel. tank (flange set aside), and take into account the installation position of the fuel level sender -G-. The float -3- of the fuel level sensor -G- must point through the hole in the oil separator to the right side of the vehicle. Insert the ejection pump -2- into the fuel. tank and connect the ejector operating line.
The ejection pump must be routed in the direction of travel between the 2 crosspieces of the oil separator. Attach the ejection pump to the fuel supply module. To do this, insert your hand through the fuel mounting hole. tank The moment of fixation of the ejection pump should be clearly audible. Make sure that the working line of the ejector pump is securely fixed. For greater clarity, fuel. The tank is shown partially in section. Insert flange -2- with fuel. fuel line tank, to do this tilt the flange to the right and carefully introduce fuel. line -3- to fuel tank. Stretch the new seal. ring -1-flange over the flange and install it dry. Ensure proper fuel routing. hoses and wires as shown in the figure: fuel. the line must pass -1- in front of the guide tube -3-. The working line of the ejector must pass -2- behind the guide tube -3-. Fuel supply The auxiliary heater line -5- must pass behind the guide tube -4-. Insert guide tubes -3- and -4- of the flange into the guide holes -arrows- of the fuel supply module.
For clarity, the fuel supply module is shown without fuel. tank Move the cover into installation position. The tab -2- on the flange faces the rear of the vehicle and should be between the fuel tongues -1- and -3-. tank
